Typical OEM Engagement Flow
Each brand and market is different, but most OEM projects broadly follow a simple, practical sequence that keeps expectations clear.
1. Initial Discussion
We understand your application, target price range, performance expectations and key constraints such as packaging formats and volumes.
2. Proposal & Sample Plan
Based on the brief, we propose which type of formulation is suitable and agree on a sampling plan, including timelines and number of rounds required.
3. Trials & Adjustments
You test the samples in your own conditions or with your customers. We fine-tune where needed, keeping both performance and practicality in balance.
4. Commercial Production
Once the formulation is frozen, we move to commercial batches, filling and dispatch as per the agreed schedule, with batch-wise consistency as the priority.
